Proposed mosque: Memorandum of Agreement

I have received a number of queries relating to the proposed new mosque in West Ham. Some people have requested to see a planning document signed by the council and the mosque developers.

To aid those that would like to see this documentation, I have posted our memorandum of agreement (PDF) signed with the landowners in October 2001 here.

The document was previously released and was reported on by the local press back in 2001.
